I became familiar with Missy Prissy Bows shortly after we found out we were having a baby girl! The site is full of adorable hair bows for girls of all ages!

We recently received 3 of the CUTEST hair bows for Jillian from MPBB! I emailed a picture of 2 outfits that I would was wanting bows to match and Abbie exceeded all my expectations with the adorable bows she custom made to match the outfits! Her bows are also excellent quality and very generous in size.

This was the first outfit I wanted a bow made to match. I love this sweet little dress and have looked forward to the fall when Jillian can wear it. The bow Abbie made is a perfect match! I cannot wait to see her in this outfit and bow soon!

This was the 2nd outfit! You might remember Jillian wearing this last week. The bow is also a perfect match! The bottom of this outfit has two big strawberries on it and Abbie even included some strawberry ribbon in the bow.

She also sent me this sweet surprise...An adorable and very girly bow made to match Jillian's birthday party colors! It will be perfect for her to wear when we celebrate her big day!

E-Mealz Giveaway

After almost 4 years of weekly meal planning, I feel like I have gotten into a rut. We sometimes eat the same meals more than once or twice a month. I really want to try new meals, but sometimes I feel like the effort it takes to cook something new and exciting isn't that easy while taking care of a busy family. I was very excited when e-mealz.com contacted me to try a superscription to their weekly meal planning menus.

Here is how it works! You pay $1.25 per week or $5 a month for a subscription to the site. You choose what meal plan you want from the list below.

We chose from the Specialty Meal Plans for Two and chose the Low Fat Walmart plan, since we try to eat low fat and since I shop at Walmart. There are tons of meal plans to choose from...regular, low fat, portion control, low carb, gluten free, and vegatarian. You can choose plans that feed two people or plans that feed a family of 4-6. You can choose any store for your shopping list, or you can choose list specific to Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Aldi, or Ralphs depending on where you shop.

Then, you print that weeks meal plan and grocery store list. This is our menu and shopping list for this week!

The shopping list tells you the meal number for the ingredient, the section of the store, the item you need and the price. It also gives a total of how much it will cost based on the store you choose. This Walmart shopping list for 5 meals for this week, should cost us right around $40! Told you it was budget friendly! :)

Then you just take the list to the store and shop. I tried this last weekend. It made shopping SOOO easy. I just added a few basics that we buy weekly to the list and then headed to the store and quickly got all of our groceries for the week. It made shopping so much easier and I knew I had not accidentally left an ingredient off of my list because the list was made for me!

The meals are SO good and so easy to fix! Here are a couple of ours from this past week.

Grilled chicken and onion kabobs, couscous, and peach, cucumber and mint salsa.

Grilled brushetta chicken, brown rice and steamed veggies. (This meal was supposed to have bread sticks as the carb, but we wanted a healthier option so I made brown rice)

78 days from today is the start of college football! It is one of our favorite times of year! We love cheering for the Hogs!!
